International Suleiman University in Turkey awards Sheikh Saleh bin Shaje a doctorate in "Strategic Planning and Peacemaking"

The Turkey-based International Suleiman University, accredited by  the British Accreditation Council, awarded on Sunday Sheikh Saleh Muhammad bin Shaje an honorary doctorate in "Strategic Planning and Peacemaking."

The Academic Committee of International Suleiman University said that awarding an honorary doctorate to Sheikh Saleh bin Shaja' came in appreciation of his efforts and good endeavors in peacemaking. Granting him this certificate is in appreciation of the efforts made by exceptional personalities to make peace in the world, the committee added.

Sheikh bin Shaje expressed his thanks to International Suleiman University, saying that this certificate is an honor for all peace-loving and peace-makers in Yemen and worldwide.

At the ceremony of awarding the honorary doctorate, bin Shaje expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the University's Board of Trustees and its presidency for their generous decision to grant him a doctorate from a university with outstanding scientific and academic achievements.

Sheikh Bin Shaja' also expressed his thanks to all those who contributed to the peace efforts and to all those who raise the banner of peace, stop the bloodshed, and make the interests of nations and peoples take precedence over their own interests.

Sheikh Bin Shaje emphasized that his peace efforts will continue as a primary goal and a national demand for millions of Yemenis who love peace and aspire to lead a decent life away from conflicts. He also stressed that the real victories are the peace victories and not the victories of wars because the victor in war is a loser.

Sheikh Saleh bin Shaje established and chaired a number of Yemeni and international institutions, committees, alliances, and blocs, aimed in their entirety at making peace, decent coexistence, and reducing conflicts.
